By accessing or using the services provided by Zain Kaleem ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We provide media buying and advertising management services, including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, creative strategy, account audits, and related consulting. The specific scope of services will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.
Fees for our services are as outlined in the applicable pricing page or individual agreement. Payments are due as specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.
You agree to provide accurate information, necessary access to advertising accounts, and timely feedback. You are responsible for the content of your ads and compliance with applicable advertising platform policies and laws.
All materials, including reports, strategies, and creative concepts, remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your own business purposes.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or ad spend, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in the preceding month.
While we strive to improve your advertising performance, we do not guarantee specific results, such as ROAS or number of leads. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as per the agreed terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement, except as required by law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
